Go to "my fitness" at the top of Spark (under "my tools). From here there are 2 ways to do it.
1. Post it in the "quick track" and describe what you did.
2. Go down the page in the red and grey box, click the button called "ad cardio". The day one workout will come up when you type in "spark", it will give you choices, pick the jump start cardio one and how many minutes you did.
The day 2 and 3 were different. Day 2 had a button below the video allowing you to add it to the tracker. Day 3 did too, but I couldn't get mine to work so I went to the same place I described above and clicked "add strength exercises" and picked what we did on the ball this morning.
