Just in case you didn't see the other post, the daily challenges have been added to the team page as "other goals" at the bottom of the page. You have to join each goal and then you can track them under your other goals section. Not all of the optional challenges will be something to track on your fitness tracker so this is a good way to track them and get some points as well.

I posted them manually under the "add strength exercises". I found them under upper body, close to the top of the list of exercises.

How do we record when we do the challenges, like today's wall push-ups?

My understanding is by signing up for the Sparkteams our fitness, points, water consumption etc that matters to that team is logged with them.

I had the same question. So, after reading the replies in this forum, my understanding is that we are posting our results for the team by simply logging fitness into our fitness tracker?

Is that how we get entered into the contest to win the iPod Touch?

If you would have started moving when you first thought about it, you'd be done working out by now!

It isn't a question of can you, it's a question of WILL YOU? COMMIT TO FIT! :-)

It's under My Tools, then my Fitness. The cardio is at the bottom of the page there is a add cardio box that once you click on it gives you a drop down menu like your food tracker.
The strength training video had a add to my fitness box at the bottom of the page. It took me a couple of tries, but it did eventually work.

Go to "my fitness" at the top of Spark (under "my tools). From here there are 2 ways to do it.

1. Post it in the "quick track" and describe what you did.

2. Go down the page in the red and grey box, click the button called "ad cardio". The day one workout will come up when you type in "spark", it will give you choices, pick the jump start cardio one and how many minutes you did.

The day 2 and 3 were different. Day 2 had a button below the video allowing you to add it to the tracker. Day 3 did too, but I couldn't get mine to work so I went to the same place I described above and clicked "add strength exercises" and picked what we did on the ball this morning.

Good luck ! Take your time and don't get frustrated, remember the important part is that you are moving, burning calories, getting more fit and stronger !

Hello everyone who is smarter that I. I cannot see where to post cardio results from bootcamp, or strenght exercises. Help!
