Dont give up! My left arm is in a splint AND a sling. I just had neurosurgery on my left elbow and they had to cut thru the tricep muscle to bury the nerve under that muscle. I just had the 27 stitches removed, I'm on pain meds AND my arm is COMPLETELY (THE WHOLE ARM) INCAPACITATED and I'm STILL joinging the challenge event though I cannot use a stability ball or weights. I am not even able to lift a cup of tea with that arm or open a door or fix my hair. BUT... I have found I can modify anything. I made a committment to myself to find reasons TO join rather then excuses NOT to join. YOu CAN do it!!!! Basically only my left arm is not joining the challenge. lol. The rest of my body IS!!!! I will do this challenge with only one arm.

Hi... I don't have a stability ball either and had thoughts about giving up but then I remembered that's what I always do, so I decided to go ahead and do what I can. I was glad to see you say you are not giving up!
so sorry about the wrist. I'm sure that is not only limited but painful as well. Take care

I am very sorry, but at this time I am removing myself from this team. I am not giving up, I will exercise everyday. But I am limited, no stability ball for now. I broke my right wrist, so every thing is a challenge. Good Luck to you all,I will see you around. emoticon
