Hi!! Go into the Healthy Lifestyle Tab and then choose Fitness on the drop down menu and you'll see the Bootcamp work outs there labeled for each day.

It's fun doing different exercises each day. Keeps it interesting too.

I completed a 30 day bootcamp last week and I've started a new bootcamp today.

I felt a tone of anxiety and stress over my job today and the kick boxing work out really helped me feel better! I had some place to channel all that negative energy. emoticon

Completed first day of week 3. Stationary bike for cardop today and added 15 minute cardio in a crunch.
Have been making the effort to get necessary fruits and vegetables. Will have them in by evening. emoticon

I'M ALSO STARTING BACK AFTER SLACKING OFF ....QUITE A BIT. IT'S SO EASY TO RATIONALIZE NOT DOING THE BOOT CAMP. THERE ARE A COUPLE OF THE WORK OUTS I JUST CAN'T BEGIN TO DO. DAY ONE IS ONE OF THEM. SO I'VE STARTED TODAY WITH DAY 3 AND 2 AND WHEN IT COMES UP TO DO ONE I CAN'T DO I'LL FIND ANOTHER COACH NICHOLE WORKOUT AS A SUBSTITUTE AND ON THE DAYS THAT I'M PACKING, AGAIN, OR UNPACKING THAT'S MY WORKOUT FOR SURE!
HOPEFULLY IT WILL BE NEXT MONDAY FOR THE CLOSING....I'LL BELIEVE IT WHEN I SEE IT!

I restarted the bootcamp last week and got in the kickboxing video this morning before getting ready for church. It helps me to be accountable to do the bootcamp every day. emoticon

I am still attempting to get my body accustomed to these types of exercises. It has always been a challenge to know where my body is in space. I had put in the back of my mind earlier to add strength training. (I was/am) primarily a cardio person. I am getting better, and as injuries are healing even progressing a bit. These short workout have been great. It is my plan to continue these and videos such as fit, firm and fired up. It is exciting to challenge, and actually meet some of them my body.

I'm back too after a very stressful month. I kinda let things slide. I didn't gain, at least I was able to maintain. But now it is time to get back into the swing of things. Just finished the bootcamp video and will do the kickboxing in a little bit.

Thanks to boot camp I have got my groove going for fitness. I am now down 9lbs and holding strong. Even though my back was trying to put me down since the accident I am now able to do more exercises. Thanks Coach!!

Hello..just stopping by to chat..(posted introduction in other thread and commented on workout)

Any tips for a beginner??..I'm very out of shape..and I have added challenge of needing low impact due to mild ostheoarthritis flare ups.

There is a great feeling when you exercise..but I'm having trouble falling asleep all of the sudden..is this normal?

Sunday, 2/14, I weighed myself at 133. I think I'm losing fat and gaining some muscle because I feel thiner and more toned. I managed to stay in the minus calorie differential (-585 average for the week) and I walked an average of 12,000 steps a day this week.

Stopping in to wish everyone a "Happy Valentines Day",

Due to illness I did not finish body boot camp.
I hoped I would. Now I am back to renewing myself
with the videos.

I have read the postings you have done, and emoticon is due to all of you, for a job well done.

Also, I was informed by a spark member that there are
videos showing bed exercises, and chair exercises, has
anyone heard about these? I can't seem to find any.

I am proud to say that I shed 6 pounds, and I lost 2 inches in my waist and 1.5 inches in my hips! I am so happy! I want to say thank you to all of the Sparkpeople Bootcamp team leaders for supporting us. I am not going to be doing any Sparkpeople Bootcamp workouts because I have started the Fat X101 workout program. It is pretty intense so I pretty sure it will all I can do at this point! I am glad I did this bootcamp, it has made me stronger!!

I really found the bootcamp to be a motivation to begin my exercise. It encouraged me to use parts of my body I generally neglect. However, Having had some health problems, not only has modification been necessary, I wasn't able to complete the last three workouts. It makes me have a feeling of not following through with a committment that is generally part of my routine. However, I do have the Fit Firm and Fired up video and have kept the boot camp exercises. Looking forward to future challenges and it is my goal to continue as soon as the Dr. allows.
I apprecieate the work the spark team has put into developing the challenge. emoticon

I did it! I reached my goal for the bootcamp challenge. My weight loss was 8 lbs!
