I've tried a few recipes, but I think they were in the vegan section. The ceasar salad is awesome. I make that dressing all the time. I've made the birkenstock casserole and the pasta with cabbage and onions (forget the name). Both were really good. The birkenstock casserole is rich because of the tahini. Very different flavor though, if you like tahini (which I love)! I made the ginger tofu and the flavor was strong the first day, but the second day it was fabulous. I can't remember if I did something else to it or not, but I loved it the next day.
Not superhero, but I made a recipe from a book I just got called Yellow Ribbon Recipes and I made the penne alfredo. It was so good and easy. It had cashews, garlic, soy milk, flour (for the roux), pasta and some herbs. It was so yummy!
