Good for you JOYEOUSD,

If at first you don't succeed, try try again. Weight loss is never a straight line.
Look at the weight you kept off for the month. We know results could be much worse if it weren't for trying to keep it off. Lose one pound by Oct. 1 and you'll be ahead of the game.

can i jump in as a later starter? i find i really need goals to keep me motivated. i just started the bfc fast track,and lost 2.5 on first day. my goal is to to be under 140 no mater what it is by labor day.

I eat the same food a lot because I fix it for myself & after serving Hubby's meal, I don't feel much like making another one for myself. As long as it tastes good & is on my fast track food list, I'm content. Losing the Belly Fat is my reward.
Start with the shopping list on pages 220 & 221 in Jorge's Fast Track BFC Book. Pick a few foods from the protein and veggies to make 3 meals a day & 2 snacks between meals if you get hungry. Prepare ahead as much as you can so you can grab & eat come mealtime.

I am on the 100 By Jorge Cruise.
It is so easy to do. You take the total or net carb and times that by 4.
So if something has 10 carbs it really has 40!! In hidden sugars! 10 X 4 = 40
You can eat up to 100 sugar carbs a day.
He wants us to no longer eat sugar, white or wheat flour.
Instead use Almond, coconut and Flax flour's. They are all free because they do not spike your insulin. Its all about NOT spiking your insulin.
I get my Almonds at wall-mart and grind them in a coffee grinder, to make my flours.
No Starchy vegetables.
The fruit you can eat as long as you count the carbs X 4. And not go over 100 for the day.
Other then that it is low carb.

I am so happy for you guys! Give me some eating tips, not sure what to eat. I have a Fast Track paper I printed of Jorge's sight but is very limited. Only 2 days worth...do you guys use that and repeat it or what? I am still going to make this my year, even if it kills me!!!
