For December my goals are going to be pretty simple:
1. 45 minutes exercise daily minimum
2. Log into Spark every day to help keep myself motivated and keep my lifestyle as a priority during a month that can be very distracting, tempting and difficult traditionally
3. Stay within my daily calorie ranges
I would like to lose 10 lbs this month so that I can stay on track for where I would like to be this spring. I lost 8 lbs last month and 12 lbs in October so I think this is a reasonable goal.
