Well I was supposed to be off of work at the hospital this weekend, but someone called in sick so I was "jeopardized" into work in their place. Boo! Not the end of the world though - at least I am not sick. Hopefully I will catch up another day at some point. Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend!!

This month has been particularly difficult but not necessarily for the reason that I expected. I have been able to avoid temptation foods (and eggnog) but I haven't had as much time to exercise as I usually do. I am exercising every day but only losing a lb a week or so. All in all I don't think this is a big deal and if I drop 4-5 lbs this week instead of the 8 I wanted I still think this will be a huge victory!

Working hard to keep on track despite feeling like the holidays are over-running me. Making sure to get at least an hour of working out in every day. Hope everyone is having a great December

Caught fire today and got in a killer workout so I am feeling good tonight! Holiday parties start tomorrow so I am hoping to keep it together this weekend.

Not on fire with motivation this week, but I have managed to keep within my calorie range and fit in my exercise every day. I am hoping that when I (finally) have a day off this weekend that I will be able to rediscover my fire - just not sure where I left it. Lol

For December my goals are going to be pretty simple:
1. 45 minutes exercise daily minimum
2. Log into Spark every day to help keep myself motivated and keep my lifestyle as a priority during a month that can be very distracting, tempting and difficult traditionally
3. Stay within my daily calorie ranges

I would like to lose 10 lbs this month so that I can stay on track for where I would like to be this spring. I lost 8 lbs last month and 12 lbs in October so I think this is a reasonable goal.
