I did 15 minutes on my elliptical and 15 minutes of yoga stretching. I usually do 30 on my elliptical but was feeling a little fatigued. Tomorrow...look out!

Well that didn't go well.

Anyway I still want to do 5:00 am workouts so today I started a new 100 day challenge. It wasn't 5:00 but it was 7:00 so I'm happy. It is Saturday after all. Today is day 1 and this time I WILL succeed. emoticon

So I didn't get up today. Not to worry I did do my 10 miles ride I will start a new 100 days on Tuesday when my old 100 days is officillay up tomorrow!! Woohoo emoticon

So as my 100 days is coming to an end Day 97 today emoticon 've been thinking about what i could do next. I used to do all my workouts at 5:00 am and want to re-establish that habit so for the next 100 days starting Dec 1, I will be getting up to do my 10 mile ride at 5:00 am. Who's with me? Any takers? We can do this! 1000 miles in 100 days! Anyone? emoticon emoticon
