Glad you guys are enjoying the challenge - it is a fun way to stay connected to a goal and people often get great results.

As for 5ks - love them! MJ - you will get there. When I first started I could barely walk a mile. And Dani - I run slow too - I have done triathlons and would like to do a half marathon...But after hurting my foot last year, I am going to settle for 5ks and a tri this summer

MJ, that's very kind of you, thank you. I know, I should be happy that I'm able to do the 5K on the face of it, but my goal is to run half marathons, so it really would be kind of nice if I got a little faster...

Hello, I'm here to make some noise :) I just joined today, so I guess today is officially day #1! I was looking for a simple, motivating challenge, and so I am glad I found this, because that voice that says "I don't want to work out today" is pretty darn loud emoticon

So for basics, I'm going to alternate running days with walking days - I have a Boxer puppy who needs the exercise every bit as much as I do! Of course, in my case, it's to trim my backside. In his case, it's because his energy level is through the roof!

I'd like to toss in some bike days, but I'll settle on getting into a routine first. Question: does yoga count?

2 days down, 98 to go.

Hey team!

It has been really QUIET lately, so if you are lurking out there please make some noise! I think several people are on a break, but I would LOVE to have some company. I am entering June on day 17 (my fifth round of 100 days) and my goal is to lose 35 lbs in the 100 days. So far I am down 6lbs in the 1st 17, so I am off to a good start!

June brings summer fun and fireflies where I live. What will it bring for you?
