Still on track with exercising and been mostly good with my diet. Didn't lose 10 lbs but 5 instead....still going the right direction!!! Reporting my April status now as tonight is my birthday and my plans are to eat my way throught Fri and Sat and then get back on track!!!

Stuck to the challenge while I was on vacation...MAJOR WIN for me! The resort had a gym, but it also had free access to tennis, sailing, paddleboarding, water trikes and kayaks, so I was able to fit exercise in every day without having to pound it out on a treadmill...

Too bad I couldn't restrain myself on the all inclusive booze and food...when I couldn't decide which restaurant to go to on my birthday, I went to BOTH! :)

Have a great trip MissFliss...once you're back we'll officially be half way through as today is Day 48....got my run in today and a walk at the track yesterday....hoping I have undone anything bad that may have happened over Easter.....

Still working my way through the 100 days....leaving for vacation in the Bahamas tomorrow so that's going to be tricky to stick to a workout every day, but I'm looking forward to trying paddleboarding!!

My goals this month would be to stick to the C25K program...if MissFliss and I are going to do a 5K in June (after our 100 days) I better get on it...
I am also enjoying my 30 minutes walking the track at work!! so keeping that up is a goal as well
Losing 10 lbs would be awesome.....

PS and enjoy my birthday at the end of the month!!

Woot woot woot!
April is here! For me this means almost perfect outside temperatures and lots of hiking and bike riding. My goals for the month are to exercise every day and to get 8 lbs outta my life for good! How about all of you - what are your plans and goals for the month?
