Do I need to start a new thread in the April one instead? :) Today's Day....40something and I have 3 hours to get today's workout in....just a walk since I've hurt my knee, but I'm sticking to it....

Off to the Bahamas tomorrow, so I should be up for a few water sports this week!

4 Weeks Down!!! I think that's almost a third of the way through...

Saturday night at 1030 I found myself hopping around to the Insanity Core Balance DVD while I watched a movie so I could fit my workout in before midnight....whew!

Hit the elliptical this morning before work, so I'm already done todays! Yahoo!

What are we at now, Day 25 already?!?! Yahoooo!!! Did running speedwork on treadmill yesterday AND a P90X leg workout, might need to take it a bit easier today when I'm at the gym at lunchtime....ooooouuuch!!!

Happy St. Patrick's day everyone....Still suffering from a chest cold but thought I'd better get on with the C25K....30 min run/walk tonight...if Miss Fliss keeps suggesting 5Ks I'd better be able to do one.... YYZ runway here I come :)

Finished Day 11 today...lots of running to get back into 21K form and also doing the Insanity DVDs to get the stretching and plyo in...and down 4lbs since I started, YAHOOOOOOOO!!!!! Thanks for keeping me on track!!

Starting again....!!!Anyone else???

Not sure how everyone is doing in this group but I felt AWESOME when I joined and successfully completed the 100 days!! Was motivated by the people who had done it before and had pride in sticking with it....I've let some time lapse and gone from exercising 6 days a week...then down to 3... then down to .......sigh...0....and the weight has crept back on....sigh...close to 30lbs... :(

I'm trying to get back into it.....got a sidekick (missfliss) who will be joining me here on Monday and a goal to get through the 100, back through the C25K and get back on Spark!!

If anyone is still hanging out in this group I look forward to finding you in the March ....lets get going thread.... so for me today is day -3....getting ready for day 1 on Monday
