This Winter, I want to get my hips healthy. I have a short leg that was not recognized for decades. Now, I am finding, getting feedback from, the muscles that I need to correct misalignments, but it seems my leg is shorter than previously thought!
So, I am concentrating on T-Tapp and Chi Walking. I also need to be more cautious about going over my calorie range more than a bit, and then only about twice a week.
This month, I'd like to lose some pounds.
This month, I want to get the rest of my lumber painted and a moveable chicken house nearly built.
