In August, I want to lose 8 pounds, exercise at least thirty minutes every day, and have two of those days as strength training. I will be changing up strength training workouts this week as Iíve done my other workout for six weeks now.
Hello Team! Hope everyone is doing well as you move toward your individual goals. I would love to hear what goals people have for summer.
