First, I am reclaiming the state of my house so chaos doesn't reign. I started this week, and it may take me 100 days, but I'm going to slowly and methodically get my home back to an organized and clean state this summer, and then keep it that way.
I've been exercising frequently, 5 or 6 times per week .. so I'm going to keep doing that but up the intensity a little .. and I believe I'll reclaim the 100 day challenge again by exercising everyday for 100 days.
I've started cooking again - for some reason, during the school year I can't seem to exercise, cook, clean, and do my job all in the same week, even though I'm single - but I'm going to keep practicing this summer since I'll be working on and off.
And, I'm going to track food and exercise - the good, the bad, and the ugly :)
What's in it for me? If I do these things, the scale WILL move in the direction I want it to.

What this June mean for me hmm lets see. I became an aunt for the second time and have decided to start a new on my weight loss journey . I am looking to be at a good point by my boyfriends sister's wedding at the beginning of August so here are my goals
1) stop making excuses 2) start eating healthy again 3) get moving everyday
So here is to and hoping to reach day 100 at least 20 lbs lighter. June is my new start point to a new healthier me.
I'm ready to set new goals for June...My diet goal carried me to May for my nieces beach wedding in the Dominican....since the trip where I bruised the top of my foot and couldn't run (I couldn't believe the swelling...spent 2 weeks wearing crocs and dress pants to work ) I am setting a new goal and new workout plan that started today: 1) Stop BINGING!! 2) Get back to my "going to the beach weight" in before Aug (PS after this weekend that would be about 15 lbs) 3) Hopefully encourage people I found soooooo motivating on here to get back on it 4) Keep following those new folks I found who motivate me now
For this team I'm committing to 5 days per week (sorry can't do 100 days again -summer is tooo busy) ALL SUMMER long!!!
June is here It's hot outside, fireflies have started and kids are almost out of school What does this June mean for you? For me it is going to be a month of reclaiming my fitness habits. For several months I have been half-heartedly doing exercises. I miss reaping the benefits of being as fit and healthy as I was a year ago. So this is a month for reclaiming for me.
