I re-joined the 100 day challenge not intending to do 100 days in a row again but intending to be consistent (and cause I LIKE this group!!). And I have been quite successful on my 3 runs a week...now feeling good about 4.3 KM in 30 Minutes which is not the best I've ever done but is CONSISTENT, my food has been fairly consistent and my weight loss has been slow and not EXCITING but also my weight lost has been CONSISTENT....
I'm down a bit from my lowest "stable" weight and I'm feeling good. It helps that my family wedding is coming up in May but I'm not rushing or panicked....got some good exercise and weight loss and ha ha ha a "consistent" award from SP....mostly due to a 30 day blog that I'm getting back to.
My March PLAN is Consistency!!
