I re-joined the 100 day challenge not intending to do 100 days in a row again but intending to be consistent (and cause I LIKE this group!!). And I have been quite successful on my 3 runs a week...now feeling good about 4.3 KM in 30 Minutes which is not the best I've ever done but is CONSISTENT, my food has been fairly consistent and my weight loss has been slow and not EXCITING but also my weight lost has been CONSISTENT.... I'm down a bit from my lowest "stable" weight and I'm feeling good. It helps that my family wedding is coming up in May but I'm not rushing or panicked....got some good exercise and weight loss and ha ha ha a "consistent" award from SP....mostly due to a 30 day blog that I'm getting back to. My March PLAN is Consistency!!
Turned out to be pneumonia which required a week of real rest. I feel like I have slept more in the past week than the prior year. I need to rethink goals for the month given pneumonia doesn't lead to weight loss or fitness :) I think my goal will be 195 before I leave for Ghana April 12, I think that even at my current, somewhat bloated 203 that is reasonable
Feeling a little better today. Going to try to (finally) get a good workout in today (have been just exercising lightly most of the week). Hope the rest of the team is doing well! Does anyone have any fun plans for St. Patrick's Day
So this is my 6th day of bronchitis - I am tired of it. I tried ignoring it, but it is still here. Sigh...I am eating healthy and exercising a little, but definitely not vigorously- too much coughing...Sigh. Still want to see 180s sometime in the next 4 weeks though - spring is here this stupid cold is not going to stop me!
