Well we are 5 days into February and I am doing pretty well. I usually can do the exercise part but often get stuck on appropriate calorie logging (guilt is really hard for me). This week I really have logged every single thing that went into my mouth (and tried not to feel guilty) it is a bit of a breakthrough for me actually. Hope everyone else is finding success this week.
Wow, Febuary already! I didn't quite make my weight loss goals for January either, but I feel like I am on the right track. :) My goals for this month- 1)Focus on healthy food choices and NOT obsess over calories 2)exercise everyday, for at least 20 min. 3)Eat small- I am really truly satisfied with very little food if I pay attention. As for weight loss, I want to lose 8-10 lbs before March 1rst. :):)
I can't believe it is February already! Where did January go?
