Well we are 5 days into February and I am doing pretty well. I usually can do the exercise part but often get stuck on appropriate calorie logging (guilt is really hard for me). This week I really have logged every single thing that went into my mouth (and tried not to feel guilty) it is a bit of a breakthrough for me actually. Hope everyone else is finding success this week.

Ok, my goals for Feb are:

lose 5-10 lbs (10 is generous but, hey, you never know)

Continue my 100 day streak (I know, Im on day 1 today, lol)

Do MORE strength training (I skip those way more often than not)

Continue to log in and keep track of food/ exercise minutes

That may be about it for now... So good luck to all of us!!! emoticon

Wow, Febuary already! I didn't quite make my weight loss goals for January either, but I feel like I am on the right track. :)
My goals for this month-
1)Focus on healthy food choices and NOT obsess over calories
2)exercise everyday, for at least 20 min.
3)Eat small- I am really truly satisfied with very little food if I pay attention.
As for weight loss, I want to lose 8-10 lbs before March 1rst. :):)

I can't believe it is February already! Where did January go? I didn't quite make my goals last month but I am moving forward in a positive direction and trying to balance work, home & health (not as easy as it sounds) Use this thread to update your teammates on your February goals, barriers to success, and aspirations.
