Day 1- Great Melissadale!! Keep going!!

I think trying to get healthy for me is like when I tried ((and tried)) and tried some more to quit smoking.... It took tons and tons of quits to finally "hit me" and finally quit!! Oh well- If this is the way it has to be then Here's to my day 1!! Today We took (2) 20 minute bike rides. It was terrific!! I felt young and carefree again!! I will HAVE to go everyday just to feel that way again!! LOVED IT!!

I had 2 days last week with no exercise at all, not even a walk with the dog. I am disappointed with myself but I'm now more determined to get this challenge DONE!!
