January is almost over. If you made your goals -congrats, if not keep moving forward one day at a time, sometimes it takes a long time to make change a daily part of your life. YOU CAN DO THIS!
And it would also be nice to lose a pound or two....
But the main thing I'm hoping for is to stay healthy.
For 2011 I truly want to reach my goals:
2010 was not a god year glad it is over.I want:
1. to reach my weight goal
2. I want to hit my 100 days and then start over for 200 then 300!!!
3. I want to be healthy and happy.
I need to get this done for me and only I can do it!
Perfect time to check back in to the 100 day challenge...I am 123 days from visiting my family at my nieces FABULOUS beach wedding in the Dominican Republic
- do another 5K this year
- do 100 days exercise again (or 100 days out of 123 at least)
- get consistently running 3 miles - 3 days a week (5AM!!)
- look awesome when I see my sister in May (haven't seen her in almost 3 years!!)
What I want for 2011:
I want to get STRONG and HEALTHY.
I want to reach a good healthy weight.
I want to STOP focusing on the scales.
I want to reach 365 days of at least 30 minutes of exercise.
I want to get better control over my eating.
December 2011 these won't be wants. They will be...

My intentions for 2011
1. workout 30 minutes a day everyday
2. quit smoking
3. practice yoga more often
4. get my master's degree
All very obtainable.

I can't believe it is another new year already. Lots of time to think about not just resolutions for the first few months but how you want to live your life forever. Here is a place to list some goals for the new year and for always....
