Came to report I have to start over. ;(

I had a super long day at work because we're in the process of moving and combining our office with another one. So after a long day of moving boxes and purging junk I was just beat last night and didn't have the energy to do anything. My fault, I should have done something in the morning and instead of waiting until I got home last night.


So will shake myself off and restart! Really sad!

Day 100 tonight. Happy to be done and to have been able to keep it going...even when it was difficult. Tomorrow NOTHING then back to a regular diet and 5 days exercise or 6-7 when I'm eating poorly (which I did all weekend) :)

Day 93 last night. Had a brutal day at work starting at 8:30 AM and meetings until 11:30 PM...the meetings were very difficult, Hospital Board of Directors all have strong opinions!! and the lowly Contract person is never popular :) got home just after midnight (still counting it for yesterday!!) and was happy to hit the elliptical to try to unwind and settle down a bit!!

Today's workout just completed my 100 days of working out! I'm very excited and proud! I've decided that tomorrow I'm going to take a day off and I will be back at it on Thursday. However, I'm going to keep the exercise to 4-5 days a week. emoticon

Good morning!!

I just finished up day 47 last night. Today is a long walk day and since I didn't get it completed this morning I will be out in the dark this evening.

Tomorrow I plan on taking my gym shoes with me and hike at a start park since I will be there for training and should finish up around one.

Now that it's getting darker and colder I want to start doing some fitness classes. Just have to plan things out. I know I need to ramp up my intensity if I want to make it up those stairs come February in 31 minutes or less.
