Today is day 67 and tomorrow is my first 5K!! eeeek...I did a good 2 mile run last night on the treadmill to check out my running music and find some songs that match my pace so I don't get crazy tomorrow!!! It will be fun as it's a fun run/walk at the Zoo. Tonight workout planned on the elliptical.

I started today day one done. I need this challenge for me and my puppy. I'm aiming to walk her twice a day. 20-45 Mintues each walk.

Congratulations on pushing through! I have exercised on many sick days and I usually don't feel any worse after (sometimes I feel better, sometimes the same, but I am always glad that I got it done!)

I joined this group to stay motivated on my "off" gym days. I feel so sluggish on the three days I don't go, guess from 2 1/2 hours to none leaves me restless on the weekends. So I'll be taking walks, and doing yoga. See how many days I can keep going! Second day of my 100 days I woke up sick, but still managed to drag my butt to the gym. Today feeling a little worse but going to try my hand at yoga. Here's to 100 days!

I need to get back in the game and really start working at this I know the scale is still moving down for me but its not good enough!!! I should be under that 200 like I wanted to be but did not work hard enough so I really need to step it up! I found out because of my husbands work I can work out at our local gym for free makes me nervous because it is our high school gym and don't want to go workout with a bunch of younge high school kids so hoping the early mornings will be a good time to go! I will be well under 200 by Christmas!!!

Day 5 of my challenge and day 3 of my Couch to 5K program. This is about my 7th do over, but thanks to you, I keep getting back in the game.

Greetings teammates!
Sorry to be late on the October update and MIA in general. Since my triathlon finished last month I have had a hard time getting myself restarted and consistency fell off. Ironically, I am the one who needs to start a 100 day challenge right now! So here I am (day one - lol, odd to finish 365 straight, complete a triathlon, and still need to start over, but sometimes that is the way it is)
Please post your updates, motivations, etc for October here. I look forward to hearing from people, and this month, may even ask for a little support for me from the team
