Day 57 today... guess this should actually be on Oct update... Feeling a little lonley and think that people who have done this challenge were really motivated..Today I had a Dr. appt and have a sick family so did crunches and wall push ups while cooking dinner and thought "Yeah...I did it still!!"

I am having a difficult time getting 64 oz of water in each day. I can consistently do 40 oz but while I am at work it is so busy that I don't drink anything for hours and find that I try to catch up at night--and it doesn't work.
DAY 50!!!!! I wish I would have realized I might have bumped up my exercise...I've already had a good quick walk at incline on the treadmill and ready to start the day...tomorrow back to a longer run for the 5K training
Day 46 yesterday was 18 holes of Golf with a breakfast tee time (riding on the powercart) but I had just completed my longest run yet on the Couch2 5K program (the day before)....my thighs HATED me last night but feeling good to keep going considering I was slacking last weekend when I had visitors. Mid way point coming up!!! KimmyLou are you still chugging along too?...you will hit 50 soon!!!
Today is day 44!! I am headed to the gym after work for a workout. It has been a struggle for the last few days, I have had foot issues. Been resting it more than usual, but I have to get back to it now!! Alomst half way there I can't stop now!!!
I need to get this done for me and only I can do it!
Last night was day 42 and was a STRUGGLE..my brother had been to visit this weekend with a Fine Wine and Great Food filled non-diet weekend but I kept up with this challenge! Yesterday after work I wanted to go straight to bed and skip it but was reminded I would be disappointed in myself...so I got up off the couch and did 10 min of elliptical...got my heart rate going and kept alive in the challenge (according to my rule...not the must do 30 min folks) And know what today I'm happy that I did!!! Tonight I have a "run" to do for my C25K...I'm finishing week 6 and my 5K is coming up Oct 16th
Carobear - thanks for keeping the threads alive! I was in South Africa on safari so couldn't post. Sounds like everyone is working hard toward exercise goals. I fell off the wagon on safari, really my first time off the wagon in 13 months, but I have climbed back up and can't wait to catch up with everyone. I need to lose the pesky 5lbs I gained...which goes to show, we are all human, even your fearless leader :)

Not sure if the August folks are still on here (and months before) but I really enjoyed this topic so thought I'd start the new month. Sept started harder as I was on vacation but like KIMMYLOU I made sure I got some time in. Today is day 32 and I will be doing ellipitcal tonight....yesterday was Week 5 pt 3 of my C25K with the 20 min run my legs are tired!! Hope the folks that started in Aug with me are still chugging along like I am.
