Okay! I've managed to walk a 1.7 mile everyday since July 1st, 2012, tomorrow will make it a straight week! I've started doing 5 min stretches before and after the walk too.

In the past I never, ever made it past 3 days in a row of doing any kind of exercise.

This is such a big accomplishment for me. :-) emoticon

Well day #1 went well went on a small slow bike ride with my 5 year old brother then I took a heart pumping 3mile bike ride with my 11 year old brother. Things going good so far :) on agenda for today hopefully 1.5-2 mile walk if the weather stays nice long enough to warm up a little. Thanks for the welcome.

I am restarting my 100-Day Challenge today!! I exercised consecutively for 9 days and then was laid out with an upper respiratory infection. Boo. I still worked out the forst 4 days of it, but then fever set in for a couple days, and I was out for the count.

Today is a new day!

There are no set rules about how much you must exercise each day. Most people resolve to over 30 minutes a day, I did 45 or more during my 100 days, some others have felt fantastic making 10 or 20 minutes a day. For time, I recommend you set your own expectations.

Hi! My name is Polly, and I am new to this team. I am one of those people who likes to mentally prepare and plan for something ahead of time so I am making my commitment to the 100 day Challenge this coming Monday Feb.14, 2011.

I think I'm going to start this challenge January 1st. Would anybody be interested? I'm going to do this but also add another demension called minutes, miles and motivation. Where I set a minute and/or mile goal to accomplish for 100 days. Then I set something to focus on that I need extra motivation with. It's a good challenge. Anybody in?

Hi,
I am on day 7 of my exercise streak. I have done a 100 day streak back in 2009 and made it 38 days in the spring of this year. Each time I streaked I lost weight consistently and improved my eating habits along with my moods :) I am hoping to streak through the holidays and on through most of February to reach 100 days, start the new year right! My goal is at least 10 minutes per day.

Day 13- drove to NC sitting in the alot, so rack the steps I wanted to.

Day 14- My step count was 6,078, sat again in the car for the drive back.

I going to admit its going to take me a few tries to get this going

Hello! I would like to be part of the challenge. I just started a 75 day challenge to take me to the end of the year so my 100 days will actually end on 1-25-11. I will count Monday 10/18 as my starting date for the 100 days and I have exercised Mon and Tues this week. I do give myself one day off a week usually though. Or I do a really light exercise. Feel free to add me as a friend!

Hi everyone. My name is Ellen and I am new to this group. I would like to commit to 100 days of exercise...yesterday was Day 1 for me. I am able to do more on the weekends than I can through the week and I walked for 90 minutes....just under 6 miles. I started my 100 days today. Never quite caught on when I initially joined.

Today is my birthday so I'm giving myself the gift of 100 days of movement!!


Today was a 2 1/2 mile walk!

Tomorrow I will become intimate with one of Bob's 60 minute workout videos. For anyone who doesn't know Bob from the BL has a 4 set dvd series that's pretty hardcore. He also puts up challenges on his You Tube channel!

Alright, since I am new to the board and this day is almost over and I'm getting everything ready to camping tomorrow thru Sunday, I will begin my 100 days tomorrow.

I know, it sounds like I am procrastinating. But, I need time to process 100 straight days of exercise. Although, I've been doing pretty good for the last several 100 days.

I won't be able to post until Sunday night or Monday morning. But I will be back!

Welcome Kimmylou and Devora! Devora it sounds like you already do a great deal of exercise -that is awesome. Our team encourages people toward exercise consistency. For most people, that means consecutive days, although some people try to get the most days out of 100 that they can.
