Yes, I found out its a cyst surrounded by scar tissue and they want to refer me to a surgeon for a consultation. Im kinda hesitant to have it removed now unless I absolutely need it done because of school and other medications I might have to stop beforehand of the surgery.i will be thinking about you phoebes, hoping you have a safe surgery and recovery. emoticon

So Amb3r, what's going on with your medical stuff? Any news from the dr?

I'm having surgery to remove my lump - it's a day patient thing, so not such a big deal, but scary anyway. I go in Feb 19 - one week from today. Ah well, getting old.

I know as leaders we want everyone involved. Originally, I started this team as info purposes only without having a real agenda other than providing resources; however, over time, it would be nice to have active members post. We have a lot of lurkers on Spark and a lot of people are too ashamed or afraid to join this team out of fear.

Hopefully, that will change. You should reconsider the co-lead thing. Posting things of interest and you naturally do what you do, make those feel comfortable and very supportive.

By the way, to those active on Spark who are on this team, thank you for your continued support. It truly means a lot.

Okay team, let's see if we can generate some activity here!

From now until the last day of Feb, Members of the Challenge are going to track:
1. Eating within your range - get 10 points
2. Cardio & Strength Training - 1 point per 5 minutes of cardio or ST (just like SparkPeople does, max 24 points)
3. Resisting your (fill in the blank - whatever you are resisting right now, for whatever reason - pizza, ice cream, alcohol, whatever) - get 10 points if you resist, lose 10 points if you give in.

Each person will track daily - so copy and paste the following into a response, and then each day you just "edit" your response to fill in for that day.
