Thanks a good idea. Anyone else have any thoughts. I think most of us on this team are looking to lose some poundage so a goal that coincides with losing some weight sounds like a winner.

Those who only talk about it are usually passed up by those who are quiet & actually doing it. Life's a climb but the view is great.

My goal is to lose 5 to 10 lbs - we'll be travelling to Costa Rica, so I'll get in a lot of activity (and not such fabulous food, though lots of fiber with the bean and rice!) - so that's about it for my goal.

Do we want to have a fitness goal? Like a fitness streak, or X fitness minutes per day, or something?

Hi guys and gals. I'm planning for July and was wondering what team goals you would like in place?

We can have a general goal where you post what goal you would like to achieve by the end of July. Any ideas? suggestions?
