My goal is to lose 5 to 10 lbs - we'll be travelling to Costa Rica, so I'll get in a lot of activity (and not such fabulous food, though lots of fiber with the bean and rice!) - so that's about it for my goal.
Do we want to have a fitness goal? Like a fitness streak, or X fitness minutes per day, or something?
