How to keep my CD4 cells from falling
Jan 18, 2011

hi Nel,tell me my CD4 is 690 and i am not taking anything. i do doctor visits every 3 months. i just wanna know if there is anything i can take for now. please help.

Response from Mr. Vergel

These are some basic suggestions that have not been studied or proven to slow CD4 decline, but they make sense in general: sleep well and enough, eat a balanced diet, manage stress, take a multivitamin, find something fun to do for an hour a day, exercise 3-4 times a week, have a support system, helps others, avoid bringing in other diseases into your body (sexually transmitted or not), and keep an optimistic outlook about life in general.

Those who only talk about it are usually passed up by those who are quiet & actually doing it. Life's a climb but the view is great.
