I want....to be strong and fit, which will be acheived by swimming more (at least once a week), hiking more (at least once a week) and focusing on my muscle tone every morning.
I want to lose three inches off my stomach by june/july.
I want to lower my cholesterol to a place where both my doctor and I are comfortable and not feeling like I'll need medication.
I want to do the following:
-lose about 15lbs
-more outdoor activities with my daughter since we moved
-more detailed about my eating habits
By June 25, I want to:
- lose 10 lbs (more would be great, but I'm being realistic)
- get back to walking every day (so much easier when school is out)
- have a summer boot camp plan for myself
- have a clearer plan for the following summer, when I retire and DH and I begin our travelling lifestyle

Take some time and think about what your goals are from now until June 25, 2011. Looking to lose some weight? eat healthier? build muscle? etc. Post what you would like to achieve by June 25th. Me? I want to lose 24lbs by this date.

Those who only talk about it are usually passed up by those who are quiet & actually doing it. Life's a climb but the view is great.
