My January goals:
Nutrition goals: Stick to MWL McDougall plan (working well so far!)
Just a reminder to myself: REMEMBER "RAVE", which stands for:
NO Refined/processed foods
NO Animal foods/products
NO Veggie oils and fats
NO Exceptions! And daily Exercise!!!!
Exercise goals: Keep to 5 day a week exercise plan!
3/4 days running (slow jog with walk breaks) 5K route - build up to running full distance
(starting time (31 Dec) = 40 minutes)
1/2 days riding my mountain bike - build speed on 10k route (starting time (3 Jan) = 35 minutes)
Occasional sessions of swimming, hiking and maybe a spinning session or 2 (Keep it light and easy!!!)
Try to incorporate some weight training - but don't stress if I don't.
DON'T OVERDO IT SAMANTHA!!!!!!!
