Ye gads! I've barely been on the big computer, lately. I've been doing everything on my little (and slow) netbook. I just can't do all this on it. It makes me lose the will to live! I am going to start updating. I can't remember sleep, exactly, but I've been averaging about 7 hours, so I'm just going to input that. Here goes!

I'm logging a healthy lifestyle number starting today. I'm shooting for at least 15, but hopefully in the 20's
11- 23 Very Healthy! Woo Hoo! Makes me feel better, since I slipped a bit on a couple choices. 12- 15 Healthy. More veges, more sleep, less calories...my goals for today. 13- 15 healthy. TOO many calories (fat!). Again more veges and more sleep needed. 14- Crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap. 'nough said. (Try eating things you can actually LOG. That might be a good start, Bec) 15- 14 On Your Way - Too many calories, not enough water, more veges. Clearly the weekend is a problem for me. 16- 20 - much better. Today, though, I'm adding extra water, more veges, more fruit. 17- 20 - Another day of eating too many calories, but the choices were good. 18- off the chart bad. cancel and replace. 19-21 - better, much better. Cals still too high but fruit/veges plentiful. 20- no tracking 21- no tracking 22-no tracking 23-14 - fat calories too high, not enough veges. 24- 15 - better calories, but still too high 25-about the same 26- 18 - the massive amounts of physical activity saved me...walked, cycled, ran 27- Out to dinner with my family; had to estimate calories. Resulted in those dreaded words: "You're either way too low or way too high on your calorie levels. Hopefully, this is a rare thing for you." Indeed. 28-didn't log calories, but I would imagine I was around a 14 29-19 much better today. Still too many cals but logged EVERYTHING. 30-20 THAT'S what I'm talkin' about. That calorie level makes all the difference. 31- 20...calories too high, but I worked out like an athlete, so maybe it balanced out.
OK. I'm aiming for "Very Healthy", that is 20 or above, every day. I've got weight to shift, dammit, and it's coming off by hook or by crook.
1. 21 YEEHAW!! Good start, now to keep it up. 2. 18 OUCH! Didn't get much sleep. BUM! 3. 19 Up on yesterday. Not enough sleep (too hot) and too few veg. That's a bit unusual! 4. 22! WOOHOO!! 5. 21. going well! 6. 22! finally got 8 hours sleep. Hurrah! 7. 19 Dang! Just an extra piece of fruit would have got me over. 8. 21. That's better! 9. 22! YAAAAAY! 10. 21. 11. 19 not enough calories :s 12. 17. only one serve of fruit, BUT 9 serves of veg! 13. 20. Good 14. 20. Good again! 15. 21. Excellent. 16. 18. Just didn't eat enough. 17. 19. :s not enough freggies. Ate out for dins and had about 1/4 the salad I'd normally eat! 18. 20. Get out of gaol free. I only had three fruit and three veg today :O 19. 20. I think. Bit hard to tell. Maybe 21. I'll err on the side of caution, though. 20. 22. Better than I thought, actually. 21. 18. Over my calorie range :s 22. 22! WOOHOO! 23. TWENTY-FOUR!!!! WOOHOO!!!! 24. 20. less sleep. Two fruit, 9 veg, which gets me a pretty bad score! No fair! 25. 20. Stayed up late going to the movies with my mate! 26. 20. Everything good except over my calories. Was just soooooo hungry! 27. 17. No fair. in range. Loads of freggies. Crap sleep and a rest day on exercise. 28. 21. That's more like it! 29. 23. If only I could have slept another half hour! 30. 22. 31. 21.
