My week started today - Monday!
I'm determined to have a week (the next 7 days)of good deficits. My husband is away so will make things much easier. Going to reward myself with a book if I see it through!

It's the start of a brand new week! I only posted a deficit of -1595 for last week, but I still lost 3 pounds! I am all good with that, and I am hoping my body can continue with that trend for a few weeks.

My approach failed last night, I sat and ate a whole bag of popcorn before bed. I am posting it to keep it real, and today is going to be much better. No more excuses!
