“You can complain that roses have thorns, or rejoice that thorns have roses.” ~ Ziggy

I choose to rejoice that thorns have roses. It’s always better to look at the positive. Sometimes there are things that present themselves in life where it’s hard to see the rose and you may end up focusing on the thorns. That’s ok, too. It’s not easy to be ever optimistic.

I belong to a group for those with special needs. I run/jog/walk/exercise for an adorable little 1 year old boy who was born with the condition Spina Bifida. I was only matched with him the weekend before Thanksgiving, so I’m still learning about his condition. This morning, I received an email from his mother detailing out the journey of both her pregnancies and the discovery of his condition and what challenges they faced. It was a truly amazing and inspiring story. And while reading this story, I couldn’t help but see how many roses this mother saw through-out her journey. She remained optimistic at every turn. Even when they had to do in utero surgery!

So keep your head high! You may only make it around the block once. But think of it this way… How far could you make it before you started your journey?

God Bless!

“The best years of your life are the ones in which you decide your problems are your own. You do not blame them on your mother, the ecology, or the president. You realize that you control your own destiny.” ~ Albert Ellis

Happy Monday team! How is December treating you? Have you started your own challenge? Are you determined to not gain weight during the holidays? No challenges were “announced” for the month…but there are there. We have to be able to challenge ourselves.

See how I did that? LOL It is not MY responsibility to make sure that you’re staying on track. I am here for encouragement, but you must ultimately step-up and make your choices. YOU must decide what you are going to challenge yourself to do for the month.

Don’t worry. There will be plenty of new challenges and tracking to do after the first of the year. And yes…I’m going to issue Spark Goodies for most points logged and most fitness points.

Keep up the good work!

“Don’t dig your grave with your own knife and fork.” ~ English Proverb

My goodness…It’s so easy to slip right back in to old eating habits. And with Halloween tomorrow, there’s a bunch of candy around the house. But even aside from Halloween, it’s super easy to just pick up a bag of chips or a Twinkie.

I’d like to make menus for myself. But the fact is, it’s tough to cook on a tight schedule. I have a 4 year old. So once I’m home from work in the evening, it’s all about him.

At work, I’m able to bring what I want. We have a small kitchen. No stove, but we have a toaster oven, microwave and full fridge. Today I made a ham and cheese omelet and for lunch I’ll have a bologna sandwich on wheat. These two things will keep me under my calorie goal. I also know I’m going to be walking/jogging tonight. So I can burn some of those calories.

Just be mindful of everything you put in your mouth. I’m lucky enough to be regulating my cholesterols. Not everyone is so lucky.

We can do this. We are strong. We can make the healthy choice. We just need to stay positive!

“You don’t have to be perfect in order to be successful.” ~ Anonymous

I know that I’m not perfect. And I do consider myself very successful.

As of yesterday, I have not had a cigarette for 8 months! Yay me! LOL emoticon

As of 10/18/14, I have seven 5Ks under my belt (all completed in under an hour) WOOHOO!! emoticon

I know that there are people that have never smoked, and I commend them. I know that some can finish a 5K in under30 minutes. I hope to be able to do the same someday. My point is… as long as you are doing something to reach your goals, you are successful!

Keep pushing! You can do this! You’ve made the decision to better yourself. Making that decision was your first successful step.

“Too many people overvalue what they are not and undervalue what they are.” ~ Malcolm S. Forbes

I am 100% guilty of this. Not as often as I used to be…but every once in a while I still have the self doubt. I still feel that I CAN’T and that nobody believes in me. I know, in my heart, that I am stronger than that. But sometimes the small set-backs can make you feel down in the dumps.

This is why I feel it is almost necessary to have you motivation around you. Whether it’s one piece or a dozen pieces. Put something up that motivates YOU! And if you’re putting your motivation up in your home or in your car, do NOT worry about what other people might think.

You ARE strong!
You ARE amazing!
You CAN do this!
Believe in YOU!

“Success is dependent upon the glands – sweat glands.” ~ Zig Ziglar

Happy Tuesday! I hope everyone had an amazing weekend! Did you get any workouts in? I wasn’t able to, but still did my fair share of chasing after toddlers. Hahaha!!

While the quote above is true…it is only PARTIALLY true. We do need to work out and sweat, but we also need to change our eating habits. I have been investing in new cookbooks for me and my family. I’ve started shopping quite a bit healthier. A lot more salad (spinach and mixed greens, not iceberg lettuce). Light dressing. Low fat feta cheese. Mmmm….perfect. LOL

You don’t have to eat perfect. You need to find what healthy eating habits work best for you and do your best to abide by them. But don’t deny yourself either. Saturday morning, my boyfriend took me to brunch. I had chicken fried steak & eggs with hash browns. And it was AMAZING! But I do not feel guilty for indulging. I have been doing incredible with my eating habits and even lost a couple of pounds in the last few weeks. So…To have this one meal that is not the healthiest isn’t a big deal for me. We just need to know how to dial it back in again.

We can do this!

“There is nothing noble in being superior to someone else. The true nobility is in being superior to your previous self.” ~ Hindu proverb

I tried to impress this upon my daughter when we did our 5K in June this year. “You’re not racing against me. You’re racing for yourself”. My bestie and I said pretty much the same thing to each other. “I’m not waiting for you and you better not wait for me. If you can go faster, GO! I’ll see you at the finish line”!

However…some people don’t believe this. Everything is a race or competition. The way I see it…This is for me. I have my own goals. As long as I finish, I’m happy. But there’s always that one. Don’t let them get to you! You are in this for you. Remember YOUR goals, and take the steps you need to take to reach them.

You got this!

“Faith is taking the first step, even when you don’t see the whole staircase.” ~ Martin Luther King Jr.

Happy Wednesday!

How’s this week treating you so far? How about this month? Are you doing like I am and trying to really crack down before the holidays? There are quite a few of us doing that, I’m sure.

Wanna know what the good thing is about doing that “holiday crack down”? You have no idea where you’ll end up in the next few months, but you’re taking the steps to get there anyways. That’s a huge accomplishment for all of us.

I know that Halloween is rough for me. I love the treats! But who doesn’t? We just need to maybe find something to keep alongside our “hand-out” candy that we can munch on too. Something that’ll ensure that we don’t dip into the other stuff. LOL I’ll keep an eye out for some recipes and ideas.

We can do this!!

“I know the price of success: dedication, hard work and an unremitting devotion to the things you want to see happen.” ~ Frank Lloyd Wright

Success is also walking in to your doctor for a follow-up and he shakes your hand for having done 5 – 5Ks. It was a HUGE non-scale victory for me this morning. The only things he was concerned about is my good cholesterol is a little bad and my triglycerides are a little high. But he was looking at results from May. So more blood was taken today to see how well my lifestyle change has affected me.

I’ve also lost 6 pounds in the last week and a half. All because I buckled down and dedicated myself once more.

The price of success is not free and easy. The quote is correct. You must dedicate yourself to succeed. There are times that it will feel like you just can’t go another day…but you MUST keep pushing yourself. You must NOT procrastinate!

We can all do this together!

“Smooth seas do not make skillful sailors.” ~ African Proverb

I love this one. Mostly because it’s true. You’ll never know if you can handle the storm if you’re always on calm waters.

During your journey, there will be turbulence. You will hit bumps in the road. You will stumble and you may fall. But your need to learn to keep your balance during the turbulence. Learn to adjust your shocks to absorb the bumps in the road. And when you fall…get back up. Keep pushing. Keep moving forward. As long as you do this…You WILL reach your goal.

We all know what we want our goals to be. It’s the way we reach these goals that often becomes an issue. The plan that works for one, does not work for all.

It may take trying numerous things to figure out what works for you. NEVER GIVE UP! There IS something out there for everyone.

“When defeat comes, accept it as a signal that your plans are not sound, rebuild those plans, and set sail once more toward your coveted goal.” ~ Napoleon Hill

So I got a serious wakeup call this afternoon. I jumped on my scale this morning, and then had to go to the doctor. The doctor scale of course weighed me a bit higher, but not by much. So…I now, OFFICIALLY, want to lose 100 pounds.

This is tough for me. I am only 4 pounds shy of what I weighed when I gave birth to my daughter. At that point…it was the most I’ve ever weighed. And 10 pounds of that was baby! Literally LOL She was 9.9.

So after leaving the doctor, I started thinking about what I needed to do.

- Workout in the morning
- Breakfast
- Lunch
- Small snack
- Dinner
- Workout or jog in the evening
- Small snack (if needed)

I’m exploring a new regime at home. Been reading the books for a few days. I’m not sure, yet, about incorporating it into my daily life. But once I figure it out…You guys will be the first to know. Haha!!

I do NOT think that I have been defeated. Quite the opposite. I have accomplished a LOT since February. And the fact that I have a total of 5 5Ks under my belt this year and have been smoke free for over 6 months now is amazing! But now to focus on losing the weight.

I can do this!

“Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow; it empties today of its strength.” ~ Unknown

You are stronger than your worry. You need to know – deep in YOUR soul – that things will get better. You must believe this with all of your heart. Otherwise…the worry will wear you down. It will eat at you and make you think that you are not worthy of happiness. Not worthy love. BUT YOU ARE!

What causes worry? The people that claim to support you. Your sister. Your mother. Your father. Your “best friends”. They are jealous. They think that because they have failed in their own ways that you will too. Everyone is put on this earth for a reason. It may not be clear yet as to what that reason is…but it will be. In the mean time, don’t let false –friends/family make you think that you are nothing less than wonderful.

Believe in you.
Believe in your strength.
Believe in your heart.
Believe you WILL accomplish all that you want

“Move out of your comfort zone. You can only grow if you are willing to feel awkward and uncomfortable when you try something new.” ~ Brian Tracy

I am at the point where I LOVE feeling awkward! It means I’m trying something new and outside my comfort zone. I’m challenging myself to do something I haven’t done before. For me, it’s one of the best feelings ever.

The day that I walked up to the merchandise table to buy stuff for my Color Me Rad 5K…I had NEVER done a live event. In my head I was wondering if they were going to judge me. Not be nice because I wasn’t some skinny chick. As I looked around, I saw nothing but smiles. There were women half my size and twice my size. There is NO judgment. But for those few moments…I felt completely awkward. I was outside my comfort zone.

When I got to the entry area for the next 5K… I was not nervous at all! I rocked my tutu and danced to 80s music. I felt comfortable. I’ve accomplished so much in the last 6 months that I felt PROUD to be standing amongst people that were there completing their own challenges.

Like to quote says… be willing to feel awkward. It’s the only way to move forward.

“Be not afraid of growing slowly. Be afraid only of standing still.” ~ Chinese Proverb

Standing still is definitely something I DON’T want to do!

After doing our 5K on Sunday, Kimmie and I decided that we are going to move forward with a run team! How fun is that!?!? emoticon

We’re working out the details and getting a FaceBook group started. We are based in Southern California…but once we get started, we’d like to share it all over!!

Do NOT stand still! Move forward. It doesn’t matter how big or how small.

“Put all excuses aside and remember this: YOU are capable.” ~ Zig Ziglar

On Sunday 8/17 I did my 2nd live 5K event. The Awesome 80’s Run in Pasadena, CA. I did it with my bestie, Kim, for her birthday!

I didn’t condition myself for this one like I did for the Color Me Rad in June…. AND I FELT IT! LOL

At one point I started getting light headed, but luckily I hit a shaded area. I slowed down just a bit. Then kept pushing. We didn’t cross the finish line together…but we crossed it. And that, my friends, is ALL that matters.

I AM CAPABLE! YOU are capable! We are ALL capable! You just need to keep pushing and believe in yourself and you WILL cross your own finish line.

HELLO TEAM!!!!

So...I didn't just fall off the wagon. I broke the axel and sat at the candy shop across from the mechanic. We all know things like this happen! All we can do is pick ourselves back up and move forward.

"Never quit! If you stumble, get back up. What happened yesterday, no longer matters. Today is another day, so get on track and move closer to your dreams and goals! YOU CAN DO IT!'

I'm actually petrified to get on the scale. I know that I will most likely weigh more. I can come up with excuses all day. But the truth is...nobody MADE me eat fries instead of fruit. Or creamy soup instead of salad sans dressing those decisions were all mine to make. And let me tell you.... It was EASY to fall right back in to my old habits.

The bigger problem? I haven't done a 5K since June. And I have one coming up this Sunday! I'll be lucky if I finish in under 60 minutes. LOL But...I will finish. It is once again time to buckle down. I cannot be discouraged by my set back. I know what I've done wrong and will fix it!

We got this!

“When defeat comes, accept it as a signal that your plans are not sound, rebuild those plans, and set sail once more toward your coveted goal.” ~ Napoleon Hill

Just because you start out on your journey a certain way…it does not mean that it’s the right way for you. Do not get discouraged. What works for one, does NOT work for all.

My mom noticed that I was doing something different in my routine. She asked “is this one going to help you lose weight? Nothing seems to be helping with that.” I knew this was not meant in a bad way at all. I’m one of the lucky few that has an amazing relationship with my mother where we can speak open and honest and usually don’t offend the other. LOL She knows that I’m a LOT healthier than I was when my journey began, but knows that I am struggling with the weight.

My point? I have NOT given up! I continue to move forward. Even after slipping over the last 12 days (yes…12 days. And several of those were the flu).

Now…I found this article on SP today. Please remember to STAY HYDRATED!!

“It is our attitude at the beginning of a difficult task which, more than anything else, will affect its successful outcome.” ~ William James

This is a true statement. Whether you believe you can or you can’t…you’re right.

I set mini goals for myself inside of my big goal. My goal was to complete a 5K this year. The first time I went walking around the neighborhood and hit 1 mile, I cried a little. It was a huge accomplishment for me. When I hit 2 miles…same thing. I just kept cheering myself on in my head. And I didn’t care about what I looked like walking down the street with my hands up in the air like Rocky. LOL I had accomplished something. And it felt amazing.

I tell myself every day that I can do this! I can get healthy. I can lose weight. I can jog. I can quit smoking (even though I have, it’s still a daily battle). I can live longer for my children. Everything with me is “I can” even when there are days that look like an “I can’t”.

Be strong. We CAN do this!

“Attitude: It is our best friend or our worst enemy.” ~ John C. Maxwell

And sometimes it’s sneaky. You think it’s your best friend and then turns on you! LOL

I’ve been keeping a slow and steady pace. I do my Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga every morning. I completed a 5K. I’m watching my calories every day. Yet the scale is climbing and climbing. Hmmm… Couldn’t figure out what was happening!

I called your co-leader (KimS76) on a completely unrelated issue about allergies. We go through the usual. Laundry soap (same). Body wash (same). Hmmm… What about food? Well, yah! Huge change. I’m eating better but that shouldn’t affect me negatively. STRAWBERRIES! I’m allergic to the darn things. LOL I know this…but it didn’t even cross my mind that the smoothies that I drink in the morning contain that many. Add to it that I was drinking them almost every day. BOOM! Itchy hands. Itchy feet. LOL Oh yah…and side effect of strawberry allergy…WEIGHT GAIN!

Now…I wasn’t really letting the scale get the best of me. But it was confusing me. I wasn’t doing anything wrong, and it kept smacking me down. It took talking to Kim to realize what the issue was.

Try and keep your attitude positive. It may not be something as simple as my strawberry allergy…but maybe there’s something that you’re not seeing. Don’t let yourself get discouraged over a bad day or a bad week. A journey like our lifestyle change is a rest-of-our-life roller coaster. We need to accept the good with the bad. We just need to keep our chin held high and strut with our accomplishments!

“Don’t compromise yourself. You are all you’ve got.” ~ Janis Joplin

You can achieve anything you put your mind to.

Last year at this time, I knew I wanted to do a 5K but didn’t think I actually could. It took a major “Ah-ha!” moment for me to start my journey to actually DO a 5K.

And I’m happy to report that on June 7, 2014 (the same day I hit my 15 weeks of NOT smoking), I did my first 5K with my daughter! We conquered the Color Me Rad and had a BLAST!

We were not timed. We were not judged. We just had fun. We completed it in about 60 minutes and hugged at the end…covered head to toe in colored powder.

A truly AMAZING experience!

There are always people that will try to get in your way and rain on your parade…You’re in it for you! I know sometimes that it's easier said than done...DON'T LET THEM GET TO YOU!! Don't let them change YOUR goals! Chances are that they are so full of negativity because they are jealous of you and what you CAN do!

Love yourself and everything else will fall into place.

"Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goals.” ~ Sydney Smith

True statement. If you look away for one second...It seems that everything starts piling up in front of you. Don’t let this happen.

I’ve printed little motivational pictures and placed them around my bathroom. My boyfriend hadn’t been over in a while. He walked in and started giggling. He told me it looked like one of those motivational stores. LOL I told him... “It keeps me going. That’s all that matters.”

Some of you may not have access to printers. That’s ok! Write it out and stick it on the wall. Ask a friend to print it for you. You don’t need 25 pieces of paper covering your wall either. If 1 or 2 works for you...Just do 1 or 2. Have fun with it! And be proud of it! And of course...it doesn’t have to be the bathroom. LOL The kitchen. The hallway. Your desk. Your treadmill. Where ever you’ll see it!

Keep your eye on the prize and you’ll always be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

"Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going." ~ Jim Rohn

I both agree and disagree with this. For me...my motivation is my children. And when I start slipping...I have to remember that motivation.

I've been on my journey for a little more than 3 months and I'm still having a hard time with the habit. I think mostly because I keep finding excuses. But...the motivation always kicks back in.

So in my case...My motivation keeps me going. I think it helps that I WANT my habit to be jogging. I truly enjoy it.

Find your motivation and find your habit and you WILL be happy.

“How different our lives are when we really know what is deeply important to us, and keeping that picture in mind, we manage ourselves each day to be and to do what really matters most.” ~ Stephen Covey

Why did you start your journey? Was it for health? Your children? A personal goal to meet? And when you wake in the morning…Do you keep why you started in front of you? Are there pictures on the walls?

Different things motivated us to start our lifestyle change and journey. Different things keep us all going. But we all have one thing in common… To reach goals. Do NOT let anyone tell you that you can’t. Because you CAN!

“Failure is not fatal. Only failure to get back up is.” ~ John C. Maxwell

Apparently, I’ve had a rough month and didn’t even know it. LOL I jumped on the scale yesterday morning and I’m up 11 pounds since 4/23! OUCH! I actually weigh more now that I did when I started my journey 3 months ago.

I don’t feel like a failure though. Not at all. I did a 5K on Saturday morning at the beach. I still haven’t smoked in over 12 weeks. I just need to crack down on my eating habits a bit.

As long as you can figure out what went wrong and do something about it…You’re good! Don’t let the little things get you down. The good thing about tomorrow? It’s a new day. That means you can start fresh.

We can do this!

“It is our attitude at the beginning of a difficult task which, more than anything else, will affect its successful outcome.” ~William James

I started my journey for the final time about 3 months ago. That's when I decided to quit smoking. Once that decision was made...everything else just kind of fell into place.

But...believe me when I say, every day is a new challenge.

There is always something that sneaks up on me. Just the other night I had a craving for a cigarette that would NOT go away! Last week...I injured my calf while jogging. That put a kink in my workouts. Went tonight and did 4 miles...with a lot of pain LOL But most days, I'm able to look at my situation with positivity.

The first time I hit a mile while walking....I cried. LOL The first time I hit 2 miles...I cried. Same for 3 miles. And when I beat my own time for 3 miles. It's such an amazing feeling!

Because I am so new to my journey...I am happy with every little thing that I do. Even if I only do 20 minutes of yoga...I'm still doing something. A simple, slow walk around the block. Still doing something.

Everything that you do is more than the person on the couch is doing.

“Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation leans on the doorbell.” ~Unknown

Opportunity knocked for me about 2 1/2 months ago when I found out that I could get Chantix (to help me stop smoking) for only $10. It was previously $250/month with my old insurance. Opportunity knocked and I answered with open arms.

Now... Every so often... Temptation is trying its darnedest to get me! Today is one of those days. I sat down to do my emails because I wants a cigarette today... BAD! LOL I'm not gonna lie.

But I have a choice. The choice to NOT smoke and continue in my lifestyle change. Or the choice to grab a pack of cigarette and smoke (and yes...I do still have the last pack I opened when I quit).

Tonight my choice is to grab a handful of butterscotch candies, grab my computer and let others know that I'm working through a struggle. And for today, I'm winning.

Keep yourself open to different opportunities. You never know what may come your way. But beware the temptations. They may appear to be a godsend....but will probably end up biting you in the rear.

“What you eat in private will show up in public.” ~Unknown

This is so true.

How many times have you not logged something that you've eaten in the middle of the night? How many times have you told yourself that one extra scoop of ice cream won't make a difference?

I've done it a million times. And the only person that's going to pay the price for it, is me! There is nobody else to hold accountable. And more often than not, I feel guilty. Nobody else knows that I've done it...and I still feel guilty. Why? Because I feel like I'm not only lying to myself, but now I'm lying to everyone else.

I found a few articles tonight. I really want to get into tofu, but didn't know where to start. There are also some great idea for healthy shopping.

“People may doubt what you say, but they will believe what you do.” ~Lewis Cass

I apologize for missing the last two days. Been super busy. My daughter turned 17 yesterday. And we've all been prepping for Easter.

I make it a point to take pictures of my runs. The GPS that's used. My Polar unit. Me sweating LOL Sometimes I don't think people believe that I'm actually accomplishing what I am. I make little collages on my phone and post them to Facebook. LOL I text them to friends and family.

Doing that also makes it a little more real for me too. I can look at my app and say "Wow! I did more than 3 miles tonight!" And I feel even better.

It's not a bad idea to keep records of what you're accomplishing either. No matter how small you think it might be.

Be proud of everything you do. If you want to flaunt it...do it. If you don't want to flaunt...then don't. The only people who truly won't believe you...are the ones that are jealous that you're doing more than them.

"The choice to have a great attitude is something that nobody or no circumstance can take from you" ~ Zig Ziglar

You probably noticed in yesterday's motivation that it was very short and to the point. It probably didn't feel like much heart went into it. Well...You'd be right. I had a tough night last night. I got hurt on my jog. But stress had really been building up before that. I ended up having to cut myself short and only got 1.5 miles in. My goal was 3.2 miles.

When I got home...I was mad, sad, and just plain bummed out. I got a hold of KIMS76 and told her what happened. She broke it down for me. Pretty simple really...I don't always have to take my kids with me (yes...one of them caused the ankle roll LOL). I can have runs that are JUST ABOUT ME!

She was 100% right. And when I got up this morning...All my happy feelings were back. I got up and did a mile in the living room and got my morning started right. My ankle is still a little sore, so tonight I'll be walking and working out in my living room again.

I could've let the ankle be an issue this morning. I could've gotten up angry still and blown off my morning workout. But why? The only person it would hurt ... is ME!

Last night was a temporary setback. If you really want to call it that. I was still jogging. Still walking. Still in the fresh air. Still got a 192 calorie burn. Looking back on it...it wasn't that big of a deal. Lesson learned...Don't follow so close behind your sons Power Wheels. LOL

“Walking: the most ancient exercise and still the best modern exercise.” ~Carrie Latet

Walking gets you out to get fresh air. It helps circulation. It burns calories. There aren't many things that are bad about walking :)

Just remember...even if it's up and down the driveway at a turtle's pace.... you're doing something healthy and good for your body. :)

"Make the decision, then do something - no matter how small - toward accomplishing what you want." ~ Author Unknown

What I want is to complete a 5K. That is my first goal. I have others that come after...but completing a 5K is my first BIG goal.

In May 2013, I told KIMS76 that I really wanted to do the Run For Your Lives 5K & Obstacle Course in September 2014. That gave me more than a year to get ready for it. But I lagged. I didn't start doing anything. Next thing you know, she's telling me that she's already registered for her first 5K. Not long after that....she's completed her first and registered for more.

Today, April 12, 2014, she completed her THIRD 5K!! emoticon

And guess what? I haven't done any! BUT...I am now registered for my first 5K June 7, 2014.

It started with me quitting smoking. I needed something to do with my free time...so I took my son out to start walking. We simply went around the block. The next night, we went around 2. The night after that... 2 again...but I had him put his little car in high gear (power wheels. Maybe 6 miles an hour). I jogged for a minute, then had him drop it back to slow gear so I could catch my breath.

Almost two months later, we take his little car out, and drive around a mapped out 3.3 mile route around my house. He doesn't always go, but I love it when he does. And I don't jog the whole time. But I am able to go a lot farther in between walking.

My point? Set a goal for yourself. Large or small. And take your first step. The only thing stopping you, is you.

My next goal after the 5K? I want to do a 10K. After that...Half Marathon. Maybe a full marathon one day!

I have to reiterate what I've said before... That KIMS76 told me "Your body will do whatever your mind tells it to"

Let's do this!
