Thank you all so much for your ideas. I think I was feeling like if Im on vacation I don't want to be thinking about anything but enjoying myself, BUT you helped me realize I can have fun and still be mindful of my food choices and activity level. I had to bust my butt to lose this little bit of weight and I plan to keep it up. Thanx again. Jannet
HELLONURSE - I agee with the others about exercise. They have so much to offer on cruises from gyms to exercise classes. Also try to swim or waterwalk. Stay away from the buffet if you can help it. If you do go, just take a little but of the foods you really want. Make sure to dance it up at night. Hope you have a safe and fun time!

I agree, make sure to hit the gym on the boat daily to help with the extra calories you MAY consume while on the cruise. You can still make healthier food decisions while you're on vacation, you can also have some treats. Just remember moderation is the key. You will be just fine. And remember if you drink, try to stick to red wine or drinks with diet soda. STAY AWAY from the fruity, high sugar drinks. If you absolutely have to have one though, try to limit it to 1 or 2 while you're there should be fine though.

Well if it were me, I'd be sure to hit the cruise gym every morning, before I even think of doing any activity, so that I don't have to worry about not eating what I want later on. Also try cutting the portions of what you like to eat. There will probably be really tasty seafood and grilled or baked chicken dishes that you can have in place of the fattier carby dishes. As for the drinks, I'd opt for wine instead of the sugary mixed drinks.
