Well if it were me, I'd be sure to hit the cruise gym every morning, before I even think of doing any activity, so that I don't have to worry about not eating what I want later on. Also try cutting the portions of what you like to eat. There will probably be really tasty seafood and grilled or baked chicken dishes that you can have in place of the fattier carby dishes. As for the drinks, I'd opt for wine instead of the sugary mixed drinks.
