Ok so I'm hanging my head in shame... my measurements are still the same from two weeks ago and I have only lost 1 lb 9 ozs But my hubby said he can see a difference so maybe it's toning that I've been doing because I did drop a pants size... This is weird!

That's great news!!!! I'm not losing pounds like I want. I am shedding some inches though but I need that scale to move!!! I'll probably only have lost 1-2 pounds by the end of this challenge but at least I'm still doing the workouts regularly and haven't given up so I'm very proud of myself... Even my hubby said to keep up whatever I'm doing!

total measurements: 137 inches down 1 1/2 inches from two weeks ago... down 3/4 inches off my waist, 1/2 off my left thigh and 1/4 off my right thigh

Great Day to all!!!
I had a wonderful 2 hour workout session. Today focus was arms and abs. I weighed in at 191.4, getting closer to the 180's mark. I just have to remember I didn't put this weight on overnight, so I can't expect it to come off overnight.

So today I did 40 minutes with Jillian Michaels. The video is actually 50 minutes and I really tried to push those last ten minutes but I gave up! Hopefully by the end of the week I'll be able to get through the entire 50 minutes!

When it comes to waist do you measure above the belly button or below? I was not sure so I did both.
Neck= 14" Hips= 42" Arms= 14" Chest= 36" Waist above belly button= 31.8" (I like this one better lol) Waist below 38"

I'm in. I didn't weigh myself b/c I let my brother borrow my scale and he will give it to me Sunday. So I guess I'll weigh in once I have it. Or wait till next Friday? I am planning on doing 1 hour cardio today. Tae Bo to be precise since its raining out and I can't go out to the park. Thanks for this. I know this can be that extra umph to kick some inches and pounds out! I'll be back with my measurements at least. Got to find that tape measure... hmmmmm.....

I'm excited. I lost 2.6 lbs going from 209-206.4 this week and loss a combined 1" Although the inches are taking so long to come off, I actually see the difference so I don't know what's going on there.
Had a good day, did 55 min cardio and about 15 min strength training.

Hope to get in more Cardio tomorow, i have been a bit slow at workout this week. i guess that is why i did not lose much. But i am happy i lost 1 lb at least.
I have a slight muscle strain in my calf, so I have to take it easy on the exercise. I was walking down some stair and my muscle pulled funny... have felt some tension in it ever since. Hoping to be ready to exercise in a day or so!

Good morning,
Day was pretty good yesterday, spent 70 min cardio and about 20 min. strength training. My caloric intake wasn't bad either, still not under my weekly goal, but not over my set goal, so I guess I'm not complaining.

I did another 50 crunches last night before bed and I tried the 1 mile WATP from ON DEMAND and the knee is fine so far. I got up and did another 80 crunches before work this morning. I'll try to get in some strength exercises tonight

I couldn't wake up this morning to go to the gym.
Fortunately, I rallied later today and went for a 45 minute walk with my boyfriend. According to my pedometer we got almost 3 miles, so we were moving at a good pace.

I was a did less on my cardio target last week, so i have decided to make things better this week , buy working out harder. I did 70mins on machine and 60 mins waliking
Did upper body exercises while watching tv last night. Got up and did 50 crunches before work this morning. I'm going to try my WATP dvd today and see how the knee does.

I'm struggling right now. My calories are fine, although not what I wanted for today (I'm trying to do 900 calories a day for this week and did 177 over today) and didn't go to the gym due to my heavy AF. I feel horrible, and am tempted to work out for 4 hours tomorrow, but don't want any accident!
Anyways, I'm still motivated and determined and looking forward to a satisfying number on Friday!
