I finished my first month at Curves and first week at SP and lost 2 lbs and 7 inches.....doesn't seem possible.

i weighed in today. I am up 2.5 pds i think. I do not think it has to do with what or how much i am eating portion wise. It may be cause of my calorie intake or that this week isnt a good week to be weighin in.
I am not letting this interfer with my progress though. I am still sticking to my plan and will see what happens in another week.
