Funny - I feel the same way if I happen to forget mine as well! I'm hooked
I believe in myself, I am a strong woman. I will reach my goals, NOTHING & NOBODY will hold me down. I will live my life with integrity and intention. I will set a good example for my daughters and my son. I will be a woman that makes my grand children proud when they look at pictures of me long after I've left this earth.
I wear mine on my bra most of the time, I take it off before and I get in the shower, I clip it on the bra that I am going to put on when I get dressed, or the shirt. so I wont for get to put it back on after I get dressed.

I know how that feels. You could log in the steps manually by the amount of time you did walk and at least you will see something today
Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Buckets of wasted time that could be an exquisite lace shawl. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much
What a terrible day! I got to work and discovered I had forgotten to get my FitBit. It sat home all alone. I kept checking my pocket (I wear mine inside my pocket) and them remembering it wasn't there. I know I did a lot of walking today, but no way to tell how much.
If you do what you always do, you will get what you always get. To get something different you have to do what you never did.
