Thanks for the feedback. I did send an email to Customer Support. I also told them about the issue I've had recently with occasional nights when the sleep tracker doesn't work. I set the stopwatch and in the morning the device is blank. This has happened 3-4 nights in the last several weeks. I will be interested to hear what they say.
My Ultra (which I have had since last summer) is starting to have trouble holding a charge as long as it used to. I used to be able to charge it and it would stay at full bar for 2-3 days. Now it needs a longer time on the charger pretty much every day. Have other people noticed this as the device gets older?
