SLEGAULT, please let us know what CS has to say, as my Ultra is about the same as age (last June). Mine so far, has been keeping a charge for at least 10 days.

Thanks for the feedback. I did send an email to Customer Support. I also told them about the issue I've had recently with occasional nights when the sleep tracker doesn't work. I set the stopwatch and in the morning the device is blank. This has happened 3-4 nights in the last several weeks. I will be interested to hear what they say.

@ SLEGAULT:

I would get in contact with FB's Customer Service and advise them of this issue. Your Ultra should be holding a charge for 7-10 days.
Here is the link to contact them:

I've had mine since the third week of December and it still holds a charge for a week at a time.

I think this one dates to June or July of 2012. I lose track because it is the fourth one I had since last March. Customer service kept replacing them when they didn't work right.

Mine is only a couple of months old, but it keeps its charge for a week.

My Ultra (which I have had since last summer) is starting to have trouble holding a charge as long as it used to. I used to be able to charge it and it would stay at full bar for 2-3 days. Now it needs a longer time on the charger pretty much every day. Have other people noticed this as the device gets older?
