Not sure this will help.

My One was not syncing with my computer and I requested a new dongle, but instead got directions for force syncing. I can use that now when it doesn't sync. This is what they told me:

"You can force sync your tracker from your computer using Fitbit Connect.
Click on the Fitbit Connect icon then click "Sync Now."
You can also select "Sync Now" from the main menu of Fitbit Connect."

I have an iMac, so I placed the Fitbit icon on my dock where I can access it easily.

I got help directly from Fitbit by emailing their Fitbit Support center. Please try that. I laundered my Ultra, but my new Fitbit One synced my information automatically.

did you check under trouble shooting on their web site Mine transferred over without a problem.

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Thanks. I didn't mean my Spark account. I meant my actual fitbit account. My new fitbit doesn't sync to that account... it is still looking for info from my ultra. I've had that account for over a year with all of my records, long term accomplishments, friends, badges, etc. I do not want to start a new account for the new fitbit.

I just got my Fitbit One to replace the Ultra that broke. They are not replacing them with ultras. emoticon

I am having a hard time synching this to my old account. The download of the software was successful, but it did not recognize my old account or customize my new fitbit. I'm feeling a bit frustrated.
