I have a FitBit One and I haven't had that problem at all. I would definitely contact the company.

Mine has never done that ... and it only requires a charge every 10 days ..... sounds like you hopefully can get a new one from the company.

I just did. I think I'm having a hardware issue. The other day it completely forgot to clear out at night too. That or I did a heck of alot of sleep walking!

you should not be loosing everything like that. it should still be syncing over

try contacting customer service and ask them

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Buckets of wasted time that could be an exquisite lace shawl. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much

I've had my fitbit one about a month and I really love it, but I have to do a manual reset about twice a week where I have to plug it into the charging cable, hold the button down for 12 seconds, and do a hard reset. This happens because it locks up and stops counting steps. Obviously when I do the reset, I lose everything I've amassed up to that point. It's really frustrating. Does anyone else have this problem?
