Found it! Somehow it flew out of my wristband into the lining of a jacket that was hanging on a chair. The jacket material muffles the alarm sound making it hard to find. Very weird. Now I need to see some extra Velcro or something into the wristband so this doesn't happen again.

I bought a leash for my fitbit one when I had to buy it again because I lost it. The leash was not helpful at all. Now I put it deep in my jeans pocket and that seems to keep it safe.

I've not had any problems with the clip but it keeps popping out of the wrist band that I wear at night. Yesterday morning I padded out to the kitchen for water before my shower, still wearing the wristband, and my fitbit fell out. Now I can't find it. I heard it this morning when the alarm went off and I can see it connect via bluetooth to my phone. My wood floors aren't helping, nor is the pile of boxes I have sitting in that area that need sorted. Any thoughts on how to find it would be appreciate. It's just so darn small!!

I do love it, though.

Great picture, I have the pedometer leash but not the safety pin. I am getting the fitbit one for half price, ordered another pedometer leash and hope for the best

I have pictures of my "set up" on my Spark Page. I actually secure mine with a safety leash/zip tie/ safety pin. When wearing jeans or something with a belt loop I hook the leash around my loop so even if it does come undone it just dangles there. And when wearing jogging or work pants- I safety pin it to my waistband. I have been wearing a pedometer for 6 years and haven't lost 1 yet....KNOCK ON WOOD! LOL

I have heard that some people actually have gotten new ones from the mfg for no additional charge for lost ones.

I sometimes wish I had not gotten mine because of that very reason. I am actually paranoid about it and that is crazy. Trying to simplify my life not make it more stressful! Good luck and hope it shows up or they replace it emoticon

Ugh that sucks! I would definitely contact FitBit . . . if they'll replace it at no additional cost, then why not? You might as well at least get your money's worth out of it.

I think the FitBit company will replace it for you , they were going to do it for me, but I found mine, so they did not have to.
Contact them and lets see what they will do?

Not sure I want one again. Too easy to loose. I still have. Heart rate monitor and a pedometer

I have had a striiv before. I might look into that. It has a secure attachment and it turns off in the car

You might try contacting the company.
From some of the posts here on this team, some members have gotten their fit bits replaced by the company.
It's worth checking out.
