Ok maybe these questions have been answered already on this forum but I couldn't see the answers, So apologies up front if this is a repeat. I have two questions.
I enter my weight in SP in Kgs and it syncs with fitbit but... when it syncs it looks like it thinks the weight recorded is in lbs so it divides it by 2.2 and records that in fitbit. I usually discover what is happening when the calorie count on my fitbit is very low. I then have to manually go int fitbit delete the entry and record the amount. Is there anyway I can stop this from happening?
The second question has to do with SP on my Start Page I have a box with my goals and progress. On that is a box "Calories to burn this week" Which I assumed was calories over my base rate and it has a number 1420 however I think in the fitbit it records total calories both the base and the active so it is Monday and already it says I don't need to burn anymore calories this week :) Oh I wish that was true but I know it is not. How can I get that figure to be more realistic?
Suggestions would be gratefully received. I love my fitbit. I am definitely a fitbit addict and it really is motivating for me to see how much (or mostly how little ) I move. By the way I have a fitbit ultra
