Well, here I am again...still haven't got a complete diagnosis of what ails me because I haven't seen the specialist yet. Gonna be something like lupus or rhuematoid arthritis when I get an official diagnosis, I'm sure. I've been as active as possible, and am still working on the calorie reduction even though I'm not losing. I've noticed of late that I'm getting very stiff once I finally sit down at night, and the mornings are ridiculous. It's not muscle/lactic acid pain, it's just general stiffness and vague joint aches. I NEED to start using the resistance bands again, and thought I might ask if anyone had any good tried and true flexibility and stretching exersises that might help! I am loving my Fitbit. It's an incredible self-esteem boost to realise I'm more active most days than I thought! Yesterday seemed like it was going to be a wash for activity except for my very busy afternoon at home, but when I finally went to bed I had an 824 activity score, and over 13,000 steps.
