the customer service is great but they tend to be slow at times but they will answer even though it might take 2 days

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Buckets of wasted time that could be an exquisite lace shawl. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much

I'll certainly do that if there isn't a known fix in this group. Good to know they have good customer service!

USMAWIFE -

How would I do that? I've not been able to find any options for resetting from my computer - I just have the dongle, which connects wirelessly to the fitbit one.

Let me know how and I'll give it a try...
Thanks!

Maybe it's faulty. I would contact fitbit support. I have heard that they have excellent customer service. Good luck!

Have you tried to reset it through the base. That might help with the problem

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to being a fitbit user and new to this group. I have a fitbit one, and I really am enjoying it, except for one thing. I've been leaving the USB dongle in my computer, and at first, this worked great. I could shut down, hibernate, restart, and it always synched without any work on my part.

Recently though, I have been getting a message that the dongle is disconnected, even when it is plugged in. If I remove it, I can hear my computer make the sound that says I've removed something, and then when I put it back in, I hear the noise saying that something new has been plugged in, but it still says it isn't connected.

I can't find anything online about others having this problem, but I'm finding it frustrating. I'm no longer able to synch regularly, and I am spending a bunch of time trying to find a USB port that will work. Sometimes, none of them will, so I'm stuck without being able to synch for days at a time.

Has anyone else had this problem? Has anyone heard of a way to fix it?

Thanks so much for your help,
++missi
