I've just discovered the same problem, and am e-mailing with customer service about it - I pointed them to this thread as well.

And, I just tried the manual save suggestion, and my streak is now showing.

Hopefully, they'll be able to get this to show up automatically.

@ GREENGENES:

Good news. It sounds like the SAVE button is a way for the other parts of the SP site to get your step information. I agree weird but the syncing is such a time saver!

Items entered manually into FB do not sync over to FB, so be careful with that

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Buckets of wasted time that could be an exquisite lace shawl. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much

I have a FitBit One. Everything seems to be working fine. The step count seems to be accurate. The correct number of steps shows up on my fitness tracker so it is syncing properly. I sync with another website for our wellness program and the numbers of steps for both websites (SparkPeople and my Wellness program websites). I have Sparkpeople set to track my Streaks for several of my goals and the 10K step goal is the one I am most interested in keeping.

I tried Rockman's suggestion of reentering the same numbers manually and, viola, it works. Even though it is the exact same number it only recognizes it if I enter it manually.

I then tried another variation on the theme and just clicked on the number and hit "Save" and now it is recognized. I didn't have to re-enter the number, just "save" it. Really weird.

I assume you mean the streak has stopped on your SP page?
Perhaps it may have something to do with how FB and SP sync? My guess would be that since you are not manually entering your steps this may be why your streak tracker is not picking up the entry. I would try manually entering an earlier synced entry and see if that updates your streak tracker.

Ever since I synced my Fitbit to record my steps here on Sparkpeople my "Streak" of 10000 step days has stopped. I average between 15000 and 20000 steps a day and they show up on my fitness tracker but if I check my "Streaks" it shows "0" consecutive days of 10000 steps. Does anyone else have this problem? Any idea how to fix it?
