I am in Fl. until the end of March and my workouts at the moment are all cardio. I play tennis 5 days a week and walk a lot of miles, so yes I wear my fitbit all day long. When I get home and back at the gym, I do wear it all the time but at the gym I do a bodypump class that burns 400-500 calories in the hour and I manually log that because it is using weights or strength training and doesn't show that Idid much on the fitbit. I hope that helps.

Kelsey - sorry for so many questions. Do you wear your fitbit when you workout. I wear mine becuase I like to track the activity log on the fitbit sight. I do track all my food and my workouts on spark then delete the fitbit entry after I synch at the end of the day.

Hi Illincheers. I go by what the sparkpeople suggest I eat and I track everything on SP and then sync them. I do check what fitbit tells me what I should have eaten and it is pretty close most days.

Thanks Kelsey and Dancin. I think I will try adding some different types of workouts to my routine. She if changing it up helps. Also do some high days, low days on the calorie range to keep it guessing.

Do you use spark peoples Calorie range or fitbits as I guide. I am usually high on spark and low on fitbit based on my activity.

Make sure you are eating enough calories for the activity you are doing. I wasn't eating enough and wasn't losing, so I increased my food and have started to lose again. I guess I was in starvation mode. It just didn't seem to make sense to me eat eat as much as they suggested but it works.

Add more get up and go to your daily routine .... change your exercises around so your body doesn't get "stuck" in a rut .... starvation mode is not good for losing ... increase activities ...might want to read some spark materials on the subject of plateaus ... good luck

Thanks for replying so quick. I am also in that not sure catagory. I 1st set it to personalized and then saw somewhere (dont't remember where) I should do sedentary. I have hit a plateau and need to do something to jump start my loss as I am getting frustrated.

Other than that I really love my fitbit.

Personalized.

If I set it to sedentary, it says to eat on 900 calories a day. Seems kind of low.

I did set it to loose one pound a week and it's at 1100 or 1000 (now I'm not sure)
