I've always known that I'm a hard sleeper and my FitBit has certainly verified it for me.
According to my FB I'm generally asleep in 2-5 minutes and for the most part I only wake up a couple times a night. I get a hard 7-8 hrs of sleep and I still have a horrible time getting up. I'm also tired throughout the day, especially come 2-3 in the afternoon. I could take a 20 minutes power nap everyday, then I seem to be good until about 9:00pm.
Even on the nights in which I feel I didn't sleep very well - only 5-6 hrs, I still get a 90+% sleep efficiency. I LOVE my sleep - - and my Fitbit! It's an amazing little device.
