I found this double up phenomenon when I was running. I also realized that I need to charge this thing once on a while.

So I don't carry it on a run and I use that time to charge it.

anything that is manually entered on FB does not sync to SP so if you wear your FB during those exerises, it will show the calories burned during your exercises. If you don't and then manually enter it will show up on your fb page but does not sync so it will not be doubled

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? I wear mine all the time. For exercises that don't use a lot of steps ( like cycling and weight lifting), I log an activity for it. Otherwise, I just let it do its thing. It does a great job on the treadmill beIng able to tell the difference between my walking and running.

I don't either but I do go in and enter my water aerobics as I cannot wear it in the pool. And if you forget to wear it, then you should go in and track it manually again.

If you wear it already is syncing your calories burned and steps But if you do not wear it and add it manually it will show on the FB page but will not sync over to SP where you would have to enter it manually also

I just started using fit bit to track all my daily activity. If i wear it during my cardio exercise do I not add the exercise min and the specific activity. I don't want to double up or overestimate my calories burned.
