Sadly it doesn't update changes or errors in logging. I've had that where my computer froze and that resulted in me accidentally logging the same food twice on Spark. I usually just go to the fitbit site and correct it there. It is easy enough to delete the extra for double logging. The real issue is if you accidentally enter the wrong quantity, once I accidentally logged that I ate a cup or walnuts when I ate an ounce. Yikes! I wish Spark would resync or update changes in the foods logged to fitbit.

I had the same problem, I thought you had to push the "sync with fitbit" button at the bottom of the nutrition tracker, but it turns out you don't. If you just enter in SP, it will automatically sync over to FB (and if you click the sync button on SP, it pushes everything over again, causing duplicates on FB).
I also found that it doesn't like it if you delete things from SP. I accidentally entered one item twice, then deleted the extra item on SP, but it did not delete it from FB. So it's a little fickle, but if you enter everything exactly perfectly all the time, then you will have no problems! Ha!

everything you put in SP syncs over to FB and vice versa. SP seems to be more accurate to most than FBs nutrition tracker.

I find that when the fitbit syncs to my spark nutrition tracker it adds everything twice so I've eaten twice as many calories as I should. I then have to go through deleting everything one at a time. Am I doing something I shouldn't or do other people have this problem?
