My goal is 12,000/day, with my best at 12,900. I average about 12,300/day - I make myself go the extra steps in my office and anytime I have to go over to the main hospital, it ends up ~2000 steps/trip. So if I have time, I make an extra trip or two to deliver something instead of sending it inter-office mail. On days I can jog, I have no problem hitting my goal. Its harder on days I can't - then I find many excuses to go over to the main building and the dog may get an extra walk at night :)

ps - regarding the sleep chart, I haven't been able to see mine in a while either. If you go to "Log" at the top of your screen and then select sleep, you might be able to see it there.

have to ask if 12000 steps was your worst day, what was your best day

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Buckets of wasted time that could be an exquisite lace shawl. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much

Is anyone else not getting their sleep report? Mine says I need to download the Adobe Flash plug in but I already have the plug in and mine worked until 3 days ago. I was wondering if it is my computer or a website thing?

Oops, now I see that this is for the weekly fitbit report. Mine is the daily report. Maybe some can help me regardless.

I should have prefaced this with I work in the basement of my office building and there are no elevators. There is a water cooler and bathroom down here, but I make myself walk to at least the first floor for everything unless I'm swamped and practically chained to my computer. emoticon

If my worse day was over 12000 steps and 25 floors I would be thrilled

they should call it least active vs most active days which is a nicer way of saying the same thing.

While I like seeing everything together, there is one part that bugs me. At the top there is a green smiley face for best day, and a red sad face for worse day. Really? My worse day was over 12000 steps and about 25 floors.

Granted, I'm grumpy today because I can't jog without coughing uncontrollably and I'm sick of having this cold, but I think if you hit your goals, you shouldn't get a sad face.
