My goal is 12,000/day, with my best at 12,900. I average about 12,300/day - I make myself go the extra steps in my office and anytime I have to go over to the main hospital, it ends up ~2000 steps/trip. So if I have time, I make an extra trip or two to deliver something instead of sending it inter-office mail. On days I can jog, I have no problem hitting my goal. Its harder on days I can't - then I find many excuses to go over to the main building and the dog may get an extra walk at night :)
ps - regarding the sleep chart, I haven't been able to see mine in a while either. If you go to "Log" at the top of your screen and then select sleep, you might be able to see it there.
