Yes, if you enter a cardio activity on your SP Fitness page you will be receiving double credit. If you are interested in listing your various cardio activities on your SP page you might consider creating "0" credit activities in the GROUP tab. Here is a link to my SHARED TRACKER for 01/22/13 on my SparkPage which provides you an example of what I am talking about:

Hope this helps.

If your fitbit is working properly, it will register here at Spark people.

Mine tracks steps, minutes and sleep on my spark page. I've gotten lots more minutes since I started using just the fitbit entry. I wear it all the time and don't manually track anything. Pam

Mine has been tracking my minutes too; sometimes I have to go to my fitness page and click on the sync with Fitbit link.

i thought it only was tracking the calories burned, steps taken which was why some felt it was doubled if they entered the exercise into their activity sheets

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Buckets of wasted time that could be an exquisite lace shawl. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much

This may be a dumb question but I haven't been tracking my exercise since wearing the fitbit. Doesn't the fitbit track your exercise? If I tracked a 30 minute walk isn't that like getting double credit because the fitbit is counting your steps already? Someone noticed that my exercise has gone down and asked me about it. I told them I don't track anymore because I am wearing a fitbit.
