I have not had a problem .... I also make sure it is sideways and snug on my wrist .... might be ok to turn the band around to where it is on the inside rather than outside .... I haven't tried it that way but would think putting the closure on the inside might work.

depends on where you normally wear it and what kind of sleeper you are... i wear mine in my bra and clip it to my gown in a similar spot.. i use a cpap machine so i move very little before my fb i wore one in my jean pockket then clipped to my pajama bottoms
