I wear mine on my bra, I feel it is safest there because it less likely to get knocked off or put through the washer that way. I wear it constantly for all my fitness activities. I was using the wristband at night, but have recently started to clip it to my nightshirt instead. It doesn't seem to have changed the readings and I find it to be more comfortable.

I have the Ultra and wear it all day (except for showers of course).
I have it on waistband/belt most times, on the front of my shirt at night, I tried the band but didn't like it

I do not know if this has been addressed yet, but someone wrote about their one escaping the wristband at night. If yours does, try turning the band over, so the slot faces your arm...that should solve the problem.

I usually wear mine either on my waistband or on my bra but it also works in a pocket - for bicycling or elliptical, I clip it to my shoe or sock and it works great!

The new Flex is advertised as "water resistant" ... the same as the Fitbit one .... some day maybe ..... would be nice but would have to be encased I would think.

Welcome to the team ..... I wear my One on my bra all day then in the wristband at night .... love it ...

I keep it on the armband from the time I wake up til I shower, then it goes back on the arm until I put my bra on. I keep it there all day until I take my bra off and then I put the armband back on. I keep it on while exercising and just use what it says instead of entering things in manually on SP.

I clip mine to the waistband of my pants first thing in the morning and leave it there until I get ready for bed - then I put it on the armband so I can monitor the quality of my sleep. LOVE my Fitbit!!

Good Morning and Welcome !
I wear mine clipped to my jeans pocket...with it facing IN !
It counts stairs and steps rather well.

INGMARIE, I would love info on how you 'fixed' the running mileage. I do some running as well as elliptical. Thanks.

welcome. everyone is different when it comes to wearing it during workouts. some prefer not to and manually enter in the information so it does not count double. others wear it all the time

just remember that it is not water proof and use cauttion when it is exposed to extreme sweat or water.

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. I wear mine all the time ,even at my workouts, it does not do well on the elliptical however,
it counts steps but does not account for how high resistance is set.so there the calories burnes are off a bit,but overall it is good.walking ,running mileage was off but a spark friend told me how to fix it so now it is working great.
Good luck to you

Hi there!

I just got my Fitbit One and I really like it. I'm curious when other users wear their Fitbit. Do you wear it during workouts too? Any other tips?
