I purchased the SP app for iphone. I definitely like it better than using computer! Things are starting to come together!

I LOVE the sp app. I have it on my iPod touch 5 and it is so easy to use. Way more convenient than using the computer. I can even search for foods by speaking into it( a few odd entries like soft porn instead of puffcorn). It is so worth the $3.99. I hadn't been tracking food but it is so mch fun I do it all the time now. You can also spin the wheel( but not the bonsu spin) add water, exercise etc. The fitbit app is great too. Free. Pam

I didn't realize initially that if I enter info on spark that is syncs to FB. Unfortunately, I find the FB food tracker more user friendly. I have not purchased the SP App for my iPhone (I just have the 4) does anyone have experience with this app? Is it user friendly?
My goal is to make this as easy as possible so I'm more likely to remain dedicated!!

If your accounts are linked, everything you track on your sparkpage goes over to your fitbit account and you still get the calorie in and out. Mine seems to be right on, I've been tracking and eating about what it says I burn and maintaining my weight. Pam

I found that I should eat LESS calories according to what I burn on my FitBit to lose weight.

Fitibit's "Calories in vs out" is a great graphical metric on whether you are on target intraday. That is reason #1

Reason #2 is FB's weekly report. It recaps your weekly calories eaten vs burned. Helpful as this is a "push" report vs SP where you have to manually request the report.

Me also. You just need to check your fitbit number, sometimes things get messed up( for example,if you delete something on spark, it doesn't go away on fitbit. Pam

Me three. I enter food only in SP, but the info is then available in FB, no double entry.

I'm finding it cumbersome to enter food on both websites. Does anyone have any advice to continue benefiting from sparkpeople but use the fitbit effectively as well?
Thanks
